Processing Time
Because all items are made to order, processing times typically range from 2–7 business days before shipment. High-volume periods may result in longer processing times.

Domestic Shipping
Orders shipped within the United States are delivered based on the carrier’s estimated timeframes. Delivery times may vary depending on destination and carrier workload.

International Shipping
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import taxes, or postal delays. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Tracking Information
Tracking will be provided when available. Not all shipping methods include tracking.

Lost or Delayed Packages
Once a package is handed to the carrier, we are not responsible for delays, losses, or stolen packages. For missing shipments, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number.

Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Orders shipped to an incorrect address due to customer error cannot be refunded or replaced.
